With our hectic schedules and full agendas, however, this is often easier said than done.
Roberts Park offers a midweek opportunity to slow the pace of our lives and focus upon God’s presence. The service is called “Twenty Minutes for God” and is held at 12:10 p.m. every Wednesday in our chapel. The service is based on the monastic tradition of midday prayer and includes shared liturgy, a hymn, a homily and prayer. As its name indicates, Twenty Minutes for God concludes at 12:30 p.m.
We hope you will find this service to be a meaningful way to be still during the week and experience the love of God amid the busyness of life.
