Pastrix Carmen lives in central Indiana and graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Public Health and Health Administration although it has gotten very little use. They have been a life-long United Methodist and they actively served in their home church, Pittsboro UMC, as a “professional volunteer” for over 15 years before answering her call to vocational ministry.
Pastrix Carmen and her partner were college sweethearts and they have three amazing children together. They have a set of rainbow twins, a girl and boy, born 14 minutes apart from different uteri and a younger daughter. They are very proud of their queer and diverse family! In her spare-time, Pastrix Carmen enjoys throwing pottery, gardening, photography, and getting tattoos.
