Jarrett Hill

Executive Director

Jarrett was born and raised in Beech Grove, Indiana. Jarrett is a 2003 graduate of Indiana University Kelley School of Business, Indianapolis where he received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Distribution Management (Transportation & Logistics). Jarrett also played tenor saxophone for the IUPUI JagBand, entertaining and motivating the men’s and women’s Jaguar basketball teams. During his time in college, he had the opportunity to travel with the teams when they journeyed to the Horizon League championship games. The biggest moment was when the men’s team won the Horizon League and were seeded against the University of Kentucky to play in Nashville, Tennessee.


Prior to becoming Executive Director for Roberts Park United Methodist Church, Jarrett worked in the student loan, financial, and banking industry for Nelnet, Inc., JPMorgan Chase Bank, Wells Fargo and Old National Bank. During this time, he served on various volunteer executive leadership teams within these companies where he was able to lead projects with organizations such as Gleaners Food Bank, Habitat for Humanity, Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership (INHP), and Keep Indianapolis Beautiful, just to name a few.


Jarrett joined Freemasonry in 2010 at Southport Lodge No. 270 where he served as a line officer from 2010 – 2016. He currently serves Southport Lodge No. 270 and Double Eagle Lodge No. 773 as Treasurer. He has also served as Monarch of Sahara Grotto in 2018 and as Sovereign Prince of Saraiah Council, Princes of Jerusalem of the Scottish Rite Valley of Indianapolis from 2022 – 2024. He was nominated and elected to receive the honorary 33rd degree, Sovereign Grand Inspector General, in Indianapolis, Indiana in August.


Jarrett married his lovely wife, Noel, in Roberts Park in March 2018. The two have a beautiful daughter, Josie Kay, born in December of 2023. The Hill family resides in New Palestine in a multi-generational home with his mother, Brenda, and their two-year old Cavachon, Daisy. 


Jarrett enjoys traveling and camping though not of recent with a newborn. He and Noel have the aspiration to own an Airstream and be able to travel the United States as their daughter grows.


Since his baptism and joining of Roberts Park UMC in April 2017, Jarrett has been an active member of the church, participating as liturgist, singing with the Chancel Choir and a performance with the Bell Choir. He looks forward to this new endeavor and journey with Roberts Park UMC.
